
Dr Ernestine Gheyoh Ndzi is the Associate Dean for Law and Police Studies at York St John University. Ernestin has taught on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Her research interest lies in Company Law and Employment Law. Ernestine has been researching on shared parental leave and breastfeeding. She is the producer of the breastfeeding documentary titled “Breastfeeding: Not on the Agenda” launched on the 29th of June 2023. Ernestine has published several journal articles in this area, delivered several keynotes talks at different events across academic and non-academic settings. Ernestine is the convenor of the International Conference on Policies and Parental Support. Ernestine is the organiser and host of the Yorkshire and Humber Infant Feeding Strategy Group. Ernestine sits/sat on several boards including the UNICEF Qualification Board.
